It is a  cross country course that will take you over a series of horse jumps and  fences and is guaranteed to get you wet. - sprint to - star jumps - jog back&lt;br /&gt;Burpees - sprint to - crunches - jog back&lt;br /&gt;Lunge to high knee raise - sprint to - spiderman push ups - jog back&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br src="http://www.urbanrace.co.uk/images/SODHeaderpage.jpg" alt="" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As the end of the summer is upon us, thoughts turn to autumnal past-times such as sitting around log fires, eating massive Sunday Roasts and ....&lt;br /&gt;and getting caked in mud running round a field jumping over things.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I normally get bored running but the idea of throwing a dozen or so jumps and obstacles in to the mix, makes the proposition a lot more interesting. &lt;a href="http://www.urbanrace.co.uk/sussex_obstacle_dash.htm"&gt;The Sussex Obstacle Dash&lt;/a&gt; is a 5 or 10k obstacle race around the fields of The South of England Center in Sussex on the 8th of November 2009.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For those interested in entering, there is the following warning on their site:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;h1 style="color: rgb(255, 255, 0);"&gt;Mud Warning&lt;/h1&gt;                  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;You are guaranteed to get wet and muddy during this race. I put the guys through the following kettlebell session and it was hard work (Sorry to Daryn who was also a guinea pig for this workout on saturday so got to do it twice in a few days!), it was great to see some very determined people taking part and everyone finished it. I even put them through a circuit of tyre flipping/dragging, farmer's walk and all the other goodies afterwards, so once again a big well done to all.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have included a copy of the kettlebell circuit below if people want to give it a go.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;20-14-10 set of kettlebell swings/pressups alternated&lt;br /&gt;followed by:&lt;br /&gt;20-14-10 KB clean and press/burpees&lt;br /&gt;followed by&lt;br /&gt;20-14-10KB snatches/air squats&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Workout to be done for time (as quick as possible).
