Sussex Obstacle Dash - Sunday 21st November 2010.

The Sussex Obstacle Dash is taking place again on Sunday 21st November 2010.
The event is a fun running race based at the South of England Centre in Sussex.
The race is no ordinary run. It is a cross country course that will take you over a series of horse jumps and fences and is guaranteed to get you wet. It will also be really dirty.

Strength and Power Meet 2010: Registration and Revelations

The guys up at FK.UK In Reading are holding another Strength and Power Meet on the 5th of June this year.

The day will consist of basically lifting, moving and throwing heavy things :)


The 7 individual disciplines for the day will comprise of the following – in no particular order:
A vehicle pull
A deadlift event
A loading event
A heavy medley
A single object carry
An overhead event
….and another medley!



Registration opens on Monday 12th April, 2010. At 0900 ( this Monday)  on the FK.UK website.
You will be able to reserve your place as a competitor – but only if you are quick! Places are very limited and interest is high! Get in there as early as possible to book your place. A competitor pass will be £20, payable at time of registration. Registration will remain open for exactly 2 weeks, or until places are full, whichever comes first.
