Due to the nights getting darker and to try and avoid injuries from flying medicine balls, we've moved the classes from Preston Park over to Hove Lawns. We're on the Brighton side near the Peace Statue.

Killer Tuesday Session!
Well done to all the people who turned up on Tuesday, especially as it wasn't a great night weather wise. I put the guys through the following kettlebell session and it was hard work (Sorry to Daryn who was also a guinea pig for this workout on saturday so got to do it twice in a few days!), it was great to see some very determined people taking part and everyone finished it. I even put them through a circuit of tyre flipping/dragging, farmer's walk and all the other goodies afterwards, so once again a big well done to all.
I have included a copy of the kettlebell circuit below if people want to give it a go.
20-14-10 set of kettlebell swings/pressups alternated
followed by:
20-14-10 KB clean and press/burpees
followed by
20-14-10KB snatches/air squats
Workout to be done for time (as quick as possible). Resting allowed but athlete should try to minimise them as much as possible.
